1. The impugned order has been passed by the Collector, Raigarh, in exercise

of its revisional power under Section 50 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for short 'the Code, 1959').

2. The petitioner has alternative remedy of preferring revision application before the Board of Revenue under the provisions of the Code, 1959.

3. In view of the availability of statutory alternative remedy, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. If the petitioner moves revision application within a period of one month from today, the revisional authority shall consider and decide the revision after hearing all the parties concerned, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of revision application.
