1. Heard counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to quash the impugned order dated 23/06/2018 Annexure-P/3.
3. Petitioner is working as Forest Guard and posted at West Kutumsar Kanger Ghati Rastriya Udyan, Jagdalpur, District Bastar.
4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may file fresh representation to respondent No.3 and instant writ petition may
dispose of with this direction that the respondent No. 3 shall decide such representation within stipulated time.
5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order to the respondent No. 3 and respondent No. 3 shall decide such representation within 45 days from filing of such representation according to the law and procedure. This Court does not make any comment on merits of the case.
