Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /09/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.84/2021 registered in Police Station Komakhan, District Mahasamund for offence under Section 34

(2) of the CG Excise Act.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail application was dismissed on 28.7.2021 with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage.

3. In less than 1 month this repeat bail application has been preferred on 16.8.2021 i.e. immediately after 15 days of rejection of the first application. Apart from that, the applicant has criminal antecedents of

MCRC No. 6364 of 2021 committing different nature of offences including 7 cases relating to Excise Matters.

4. No case for entertaining this repeat bail application is made out. It is accordingly rejected.
