1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.26/2020 registered in Police Station : Durgukondal, District North Baster, Kanker for offence under Section 376 & 506 of the IPC.
2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. The earlier bail application has been dismissed on merits with liberty to revive after examination of the prosecutrix and now she has been examined.
3. The applicant has sexually exploited his own sister-in-law for about 6 years on promise to marry.
4. Having seen the material including deposition of the prosecutrix, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the Application is rejected. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Sd/- (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Acting Chief Justice Barve
