(2) It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that there had been bona-fide reasons for non-appearance and non-representation of the applicant on 30.07.2021 when Cr.R. No. 467 of 2021 was taken-up for hearing, therefore, the order passed dismissing the revision petition for non-prosecution on 30.07.2021 may be set aside and the revision petition be restored to its original number. (3) On due considering of the submissions of learned counsel for the

applicant and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I feel inclined to allow this petition. The order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Criminal Revision No. 467 of 2021 is set aside and the same is restored to its original number. (4) A copy of this order be placed in the original file i.e. Cr.R.
