1. After arguing for some time, Shri Purnendra Khichariya, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted
to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to prefer a duly constituted suit before the jurisdictional Civil Court. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner may be permitted to move an application for temporary injunction along with an application for ex-parte temporary injunction.
2. In view of the prayer made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
