(3) On due considering of the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I feel inclined to allow this petition. The order dated 04.08.2021 passed in Cr.M.P. No. 1093 of 2020 is set aside and the same is restored to its original number. (4) A copy of this order be placed in the original file i.e. Cr.M.P. No. 1093 / 2020.
