Agrawal Order On Board 16/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that revision filed under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 (henceforth "Rules, 1995") is pending consideration before the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division is directed to consider and dispose of the revision preferred under the Rules, 1995 by respondent No. 8 expeditiously in accordance with law.
