This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.248/2014, registered at Police Station Pendra, District Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 507, 392, 386 & 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that trial is on advanced stage, therefore, by disposing of this second bail application, trial Court be directed to expedite the trial. 3.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, the second bail application is disposed off and the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously and decide the case as early as possible.
