1. Heard counsel for the parties.
2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondents to constitute the review DPC expeditiously within a period of 15 days in accordance with law and finalize the matter regarding his promotion.
3. The petitioner is presently working as DIG at Border Security Force, THQ Spl. BSF Chhattisgarh Bhilai, District Durg (C.G.).
4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition may be disposed of giving a direction to the respondents No. 1 & 2 to
convene the meeting of review DPC expeditiously and decide the matter of the promotion of the petitioner according to law and procedure.
5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the submission advanced by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with this direction that the respondents No. 1 & 2 convene the meeting of review DPC expeditiously as soon as possible, in accordance with law and procedure for promotion of the petitioner.
