Let the Petitioner now comply with the last order of transfer dated 28.11.2017.

The State has taken a stand in their additional return that action has been taken against Shri A.K.Sahu, Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Korba Division on the basis of the report of the Accountant General and charge-sheet has also been issued. The Disciplinary Authority concerned would be well advised to take the proceedings to its logical end in accordance with the rules. 3.
