1. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that most of the prosecution witness have been examined and only IO remained to be examined.

2. In view of such statement, it would not be proper for this Court to give a finding as it would be holding the trial by hearing the bail. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertained this petition as of now.
