1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents ensuring the release of the entire retiral dues including pension and other pensionary benefits payable to the petitioner at the earliest.

2. According to the petitioner, he has retired from service w.e.f. 30.04.2019, but till date he has not received a single penny from his retiral dues, which he is otherwise entitled for.

3. Given the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to immediately take necessary steps in getting the retiral

-2dues released to the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.2 & 3, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.

5. It is made clear that in case if the respondents fails to release the retiral dues to the petitioner for no fault of the petitioner within 60 days, the entire retiral dues will carry interest @ 10% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment. The said interest amount shall be liable to be recovered from the erring officer, who will be responsible for the delay in releasing the amount to the petitioner at the earliest.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
