Challenge through the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 28.12.2013 (Annexure P-1) whereby the Petitioner was transferred from Deorikhurd to Kota.

The Petitioner has an interim order in his favour in operation since 18.1.2014 by virtue of which the Petitioner still continues to discharge his duties at Deorikhurd.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that as of now the Respondents do not intend to give effect to the impugned order so far as the Petitioner is concerned, however, reserve the liberty to pass a fresh order in case if need so arises. 4.

On the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondents, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the matter. 5.
