The petitioner has filed this petition primarily claiming for two reliefs; firstly for a direction to the respondents to release the retiral dues to the petitioner at the earliest and secondly for an appropriate direction to the respondents to get the enquiry concluded at the earliest which has been initiated against the petitioner on a complaint. 2.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the counsel for the petitioner produced an order of the District Education Officer, Balrampur, dated 27.05.2019 whereby the District Education Officer has already issued an order to the concerned Principal for the release of Group Insurance, Family Welfare Fund and Family Pension etc. The rest of the claim which

the petitioner has, can be decided only after the said enquiry initiated against the petitioner is concluded.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has now retired for about four months time and even on the date of his retirement there was no charge sheet issued against the petitioner and it is only a preliminary enquiry which is being conducted, it is expected that the respondents No.4&5 shall take all necessary steps ensuring that enquiry initiated against the petitioner is concluded at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.4&5 so far as order passed by this court is concerned.
