1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.140/2013 {ST No.53/2013 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Pendra Road}, registered at Police Station Pendra, Distt. Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the IPC, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

2. Considering the material collected on behalf of the applicant and the fact that bail application of co-accused Niranjan Singh has been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16-12-2013 passed in M.Cr.C.No.5575/2013, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the applicant. The application is rejected.
