Agrawal Order On Board 21/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application under Section 129 of the Land Revenue Code before respondent No.2 for demarcation of subject boundary, but till now the same has not been considered and decided by the said authority and therefore direction may be issued to decide the same.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to look into the same and take effective steps pursuant to the application under Section 129 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, expeditiously

preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
