(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the salary of the petitioner during suspension period from 09.10.2012 to 04.03.2013 have not been released by the competent authority against which, he has made several representation before the competent authority, which has not been decided till this date and therefore,

direction may be issued to the competent authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Be that as it may, competent authority is directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
