1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the application for temporary injunction has been rejected by the learned Wakf Tribunal but the substantive application under Section 83(2) of the Wakf Act, 1995 is pending consideration before the Tribunal and that may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.

Since the prayer for temporary injunction has been rejected by the Wakf Tribunal, it is expedient to direct the Wakf Tribunal to consider and dispose of the petitioner's substantive application under Section 83(2) of the Wakf Act, 1995 as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is ordered accordingly.
