(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent authorities has already initiated departmental enquiry against the petitioner and entirely proceeding has been concluded but till this date no final decision has been taken by the respondent No.1 and therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same, expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, respondent authorities is directed to consider and conclude the departmental enquiry initiated against the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
