(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.167/2014 registered at Police Station Maudhapara, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 20.04.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.

1457/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after considering the statement of the prosecution witnesses, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Therefore, the second bail application is rejected. However, the Special Railway Magistrate, Raipur is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
