Advocate Order On Board 03/09/2015 This application has been filed by the applicants apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No.91 of 2015, registered in Police Station- Khamaria, DistrictBemetara, for alleged commission of offence under Sections 420 and 120-B of the IPC. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty apply for grant of regular bail on the submission, which is not factually disputed, that similarly situated accused of this case have been granted regular bail. Considering the submission, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to apply for grant of regular bail. In case, the applicants apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below, the same shall be considered and decided as early as possible and the applicants' submission that similarly situated accused have already been granted regular bail shall be duly taken into consideration while considering their bail applications.
