The instant appeal has been filed against Final Order No. A/56357/2016-EX (DB) dated 30.12.2016 passed by the Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (for short, 'CESTAT').

I.A. No. 1 of 2019, application for withdrawal of the above titled case has been filed with reference to the circular bearing No. F. No. 390/Misc./116/2017-JC dated 22.08.2019, whereby the monetary limit of filing the appeal has been enhanced; by virtue of which this appeal cannot be pursued any further. 3.

In the said circumstances, permission is sought to withdraw the appeal. 4.
