The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that though he has been subjected to departmental enquiry but inspite of inquiry committee having submitted their report, the respondent authorities have not passed final order.

The petitioner makes a limited prayer for appropriate direction to the respondents for taking a final decision on the said enquiry report. 3.
The prayer is not opposed by the respondents counsel. 4.
Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent No.3 shall pass a final order so far as the enquiry which was initiated against the petitioner
is concerned on the basis of the report submitted by the enquiry committee. It is expected that the respondent No.3 shall pass final order as expeditiously as possible preferably within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to make available copy of this order before the respondent No.3.
