1. Heard.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct respondent to grant benefits of pay up-gradation (Kramonnati) w.e.f. 04.12.2017 when it was granted to the juniors of the petitioner with arrears of pay.

3. The petitioner is working as Joint Collector and posted at Surajpur, District Surajpur.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide his pending representation dated 09.04.2018 (Annexure P/3) within stipulated time.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ

petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent shall decide the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2018 (Annexure P/3) expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
