1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that no interim protection has been issued to the Petitioner, yet the Petitioner has not been relieved from place of posting from where he was working prior to the issuance of the impugned order dated 30.07.2012.
2. Learned Counsel for the State at this juncture submits that since the Petitioner has continued on the same place of posting inspite of the impugned order passed, they would not now insist upon the said impugned order. Further the State may be given liberty to pass fresh order if need so arises.
