Agrawal Order On Board /0 1 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the respondents No. 2 to 4 would submit that order passed by the SECL vide Annexure P-1 removing the services of petitioner's husband is appealable before the appellate authority.

(2) In view of above, counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to prefer appeal before the appellate Authority and

the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(4) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers appeal before the appellate authority for redressal of her grievances within a period of 15 days from today, it is expected to be decided by the authority concerned within a period 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order as provided in Certified Standing Orders. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
