Shri Mazid Ali, Deputy Govt. Advocate for the State. The present MCC has been filed through the High Court Legal Services Authority seeking restoration of WPS No.3286 of 2013, which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 26.04.2018. For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, this court is of the opinion that a strong case has been made out for restoring WPS No.3286 of 2013.

Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. WPS No. 3286 of 2013 stands restored to its original number.
