This petition has been brought seeking issuance of direction of this Court for expeditious disposal of Case No.224/2020 pending in the Family Court Raipur.

Considered on the submission. As it appears that the application for divorce has been filed on 19-03-2020 and there is almost no progress so far. Therefore, this petition is disposed off. The learned Family Court is directed to take up the proceeding in this case expeditiously and dispose off the same as early as possible preferably within six months.
