1. Counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he does not want an order on merits as of now. He only prays that writ petition may be disposed of as of now permitting the petitioner to prefer a representation against an

-2order of change of posting of petitioner Annexure P-1 dated 24.07.2021 to the respondent no.1 for ventilating his grievance in respect of change of posting.

2. The limited relief that petitioner seeks, counsel for the respondents does not oppose.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer a representation to the respondent no.1 in respect of the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 24.07.2021.

4. Subject to the petitioner making a suitable representation, the respondent no.1 is expected to take a decision on the same in accordance with the law at the earliest. The respondent no.1 is expected to take a decision on the same, within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
