D.B.: Hon'ble Shri Justice Ajay Kumar Tripathi, C.J. & Hon'ble Shri Sanjay Agrawal, J Order On Board 31.08.2018 1.
The cause raised by the petitioner in the present P.I.L. has surely spurred the State Authorities to take cognizance of the need for taking up mega plantations as part of forestation and also to ensure that the survival of those trees are maximum. Regular monitoring is also being done but then for having complete success of such endeavours on behalf of the State, people's awareness and cooperation is equally important. 2.
We have satisfied that the State is conscious of its responsibility and significant amount of work has been done but then it may not always prove to be adequate and enough cause which has to be an ongoing exercise.
3.
