1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction for releasing of the gratuity amount and other unpaid death cum retiral dues including the benefits of leave encashment etc. on the death of her husband who died in harness on 22.02.2017.

2. According to the petitioner her husband was working under the respondents as a Class-IV employee in the contingency establishment since 09.02.1988 and in due course of time the husband of the petitioner

-2was regularized on 27.09.2008. However, while in service husband of the petitioner died on 22.02.2017. However, thereafter the decision has not been provided with the payment of gratuity and other payable amounts like leave encashment etc. which the petitioner is entitled for on the death of her husband.

3. Given the limited grievance that petitioner has as of now the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to 4 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner so far as death cum retiral dues that petitioner would be entitled for on the death of her husband.

Let entire dues payable including the gratuity and leave encashment be paid to the petitioner in accordance with the rules governing the field within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The claim of the petitioner would be settled subject to due verification of the entitlement part is concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
