This is the Second Bail Application filed by the applicant before this Court under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.177/2013 registered at Police Station Khairagarh for offence under Section 420/34 of the IPC and under Sections 3 & 4 of the Chit Skill (Pabandi) Dhan Parichalan Adhiniyam, 1978. 2.

The First Bail Application of the applicant was dismissed on merits by this Court on 11.09.2013 in M.Cr.C.A. No.916/2013. 3.

No case for entertaining the repeat bail application is made out. 4.
