1. Heard.
2. Though the case is listed for orders on default.
3. Shri Mateen Siddiqui, Dy. A.G. enters his appearance to make responsible statement that he has instruction from Superintendent of Police, Rajanandgaon that security of the petitioner stands restored and two security officers have been deployed for the security of the petitioner, as per orders dated 05.10.2020 and 06.10.2020, therefore, the proceedings need not be initiated at this stage.
4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time to seek instruction, I am not inclined to grant time.
5. In view of the responsible statement made by learned Deputy Advocate General, there is no reason to keep this matter pending, at this stage. The contempt petition, at this stage, therefore, stands disposed off. However, the petitioner will have liberty to approach the Court, in case, he has a grievance with regard to the violation of any direction issued by this Court in the pending
case.
6. Matter is accordingly, disposed off.
