Shri Tessy Abraham, Advocate on behalf of Shri Amrito Das submits that Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent- 3 was filed by Shri Amrito Das, Advocate. But later on, respondent-3 has withdrawn all the files from office of Shri Amrito Das and application has been filed for withdrawal of Vakalatnama today.

As respondent- 3 is Insurance Company, who engaged counsel on its behalf to contest the case but while withdrawing the files from earlier counsel, not engaged any other counsel to contest this appeal, considering pendency of this appeal since 2016, and the appeal is filed by claimants for enhancement of amount of compensation, this appeal is being decided today considering submissions of learned counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for respondents- 1 and 2. Order passed separately, signed and dated.
