This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the second application for grant of anticipatory bail has been moved on the ground that during the period, the applicant was absconding, the trial was completed and another accused have been acquitted. 3.

The application for grant of bail was earlier withdrawn with liberty to apply for grant of regular bail but the applicant did not surrender and was absconding. 4.

In that view of the matter, the application is rejected, however, if the applicant moves the application for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered as early as possible taking into consideration the submission regarding acquittal of other accused within a period of three days from the date of surrender.

The bail application is rejected.
