Mr. B. P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that No Confidence Motion was travelled against the petitioner and the same has been passed on 07.08.2021.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner is at liberty to raise the dispute before the

Collector, Balod under Section 21 (4) of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 within 10 days from today and the Collector will consider and decide the same along with an application for grant of interim relief, if any, made by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
