(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested on 21.08.2014 in connection with Crime No.128/2014 registered at Police Station Khadgawa, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. (3) The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 20.04.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.

No.1675/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application, therefore, the second bail application is rejected.
