Agrawal Order On Board 11/12/2019 (1) Learned counsel for respondents/State would submit that though the petitioner's application for parole has been rejected but the District Magistrate, Balrampur be granted liberty to consider the petitioner's application for parole afresh in accordance with Rules and recent circulars of the Government.
(2) I have heard counsel for the petitioner.
(3) In view of above, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the respondent No. 2 / District Magistrate, Balrampur to pass order afresh in accordance with Rules and recent circulars of the Government, on an application filed by the petitioner for grant of parole, expeditiously preferably within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
