Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of the writ petition the grievance of the petitioner has already been resolved now there is no dispute between the parties with regard to the issue raised in the present writ petition, therefore, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition as the petition has become infractuous.
