Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for consent to operate for Unit 3 of his project is pending consideration before the respondent No. 4 since 21.12.2017 who may be directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents would submit that petitioner's application will be considered and decided expeditiously. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and

take decision on the petitioner's said application in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Needless to say that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
