These are applications under Section 438 of CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.346 of 2021 registered at Police Station Gandhinagar, District Surguja Chhattisgarh for commission of offenses punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of IPC. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail applications and prays for a direction to the Court below to consider the applications for grant of regular bail upon surrender of applicants on the same day. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection on submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants.

As prayed, both applications MCRCA-1032 and 1045 of 2021 are dismissed as withdrawn.
