Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 15/09/2015 (1) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.89/2015 registered at Police Station Saja, District Bemetara (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application with liberty to file duly constituted bail application at the subsequent point of time. (3) He is permitted to do so.

(4) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
