The present petition is filed for the following reliefs : (i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to 5 to register First Information Report against the respondent No.6 for the cognizable offence committed by them against the petitioner.

(ii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to make an order and direct the respondent No.5 to file the final report after the complete investigation regarding the violation of the scheme

and regarding the misappropriation of public money by the respondent No.6 amount of Rs.36,52,597.00.

(iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.

As per reply of the State, FIR has been registered under the Crime No.0006/2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 196, 197, 198, 409, 420, 477-A, 418, 466, 467, 468, 34 of I.P.C. on 12.01.2018 and the investigation is being carried out as per Annexure R-1. Therefore, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. In view of this, no further order is required in this petition. The law will take its own course. 3.
