This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 77/2014 (wrongly mentioned as 03/2015 in the rejection order), registered at Police Station Sanna, District Jashpur, C.G., for the offence punishable under Sections 363(34), 370(34), 371(34), 374(34) of the IPC.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence; material collected by the prosecution against the applicant, particularly, the fact that four criminal cases relating to offence under Sections 370, 371 and 363 of the IPC have been registered against the applicant, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
