Instant petition is against the order dated 22/06/2018 whereby the court below has passed an order of interim maintenance and directed for payment of Rs.15,000/- to the wife and Rs.5000/- as litigation expenses. 2.

Learned counsel submits that interim maintenance so granted is inflated and high as the wife is also earning Rs.30,000/- to 40,000/- by way of tuition.

Perusal of the order would show that during argument salary slip of husband was produced which shows that husband is earning Rs.75,000/- per month. Considering the same, Rs.15,000/- granted to the wife as an interim maintenance cannot be stated to be inflated or exorbitant. 4.

Taking into the facts of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) JUDGE gouri
