ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 7.11.2017, whereby the Petitioner's representation has been rejected. 2.

Shri Rao submits that during pendency of this Petition, the impugned transfer order dated 14.8.2017 has already been cancelled, therefore, he does not want to pursue this Petition any further. 3.

In view of above, the Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
