1. The counsel for the respondents submit that the respondents on due consideration of the case of the applicant found that he is not been eligible as his eligibility criteria is not appropriate for regularization, therefore, his case was rejected. Against the said rejection, the applicant has already preferred a fresh writ petition.

-22. In view of the said development, the present Contempt Petition stands disposed-off and the respondents are discharged of the contempt proceedings.
