2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct respondent No.2 to consider his case for grant of promotion in accordance with the provision of Chhattisgarh Teacher (Panchayat) Cadre (Bharti Tatha Seva Ke Sharte) Niyam, 2012.

3. The petitioner is working as Teacher (Panchayat) and posted at Government Middle School Patseoni, Block Chhura, District Gariyaband (CG).

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent

No.2 to decide his pending representation dated 28.03.2018 (Annexure P/3) within stipulated time.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2018 (Annexure P/3) expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
