1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. The applicants have preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.03/2020 registered at Police Station- Katekalyan, District Dantewada, C.G. for the offence punishable under

Section 307 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file appropriate appeal before the appropriate Bench. However, she prays for return of certified copy of the impugned order.

4. Permission granted.

5. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

6. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the counsel for the applicants on her furnishing true authenticated Xerox of the same.
